MD² is the only concierge medical care provider where exceptional physicians focus on just 50 families at a time, re-centering primary care around the sacred relationship between patients and their physicians.
There is a purity to MD² that you will not find elsewhere. The annual fee is $28,000 for an individual, paid on a monthly basis, and we do not bill insurance or Medicare. Additional family members can be added at an additional cost.
The MD² fee ensures direct access to your personal physician offering a highly personalized, relationship-based model of healthcare, and covers all primary care services provided by the office. There are no additional fees.
At MD² offices, there are no waiting rooms. During your visits, your physician and their entire team are dedicated exclusively to your care and offer unlimited time to discuss your needs. They’ll reach out to schedule specialist, consultant or surgical appointments on your behalf, and are also available to you when traveling or in an emergency.
Your MD² physician is the quarterback of your care — always. When specialty care is needed, your MD² physician will guide you to the best consultants, specialists, and surgical services and often accompany you to those appointments to ensure complete continuity of care.
MD² was designed to grant you unparalleled access - to your physician and world-class specialists. You will never have to go through a front desk, an answering service or even a nurse to get to your physician. You call them directly, day or night.
All MD² locations are independently co-owned by two physicians. This allows for comprehensive care and proactive patient advocacy. By limiting the practice to so few, MD² physicians have the unique privilege of being able to tirelessly advocate for all of your healthcare needs. Your physician has no one to answer to but you.
Experience an unmatched standard of care. Being one of just 50 families unlocks a physician’s true potential, giving you their full focus and availability.
Our physicians have earned long-standing relationships with the world’s leading specialists and medical institutions. Through MD², you have the ability to access some of our nation’s best medical minds anywhere, at any time.
Your privacy is paramount. Should you visit our Philadelphia office, you’ll arrive through a discreet entrance and be greeted promptly by your physician. We maintain completely secure environments, and your personal records will be kept away from the vulnerabilities of conventional public networks.
You’re cared for by all of us. There is no other group of physicians in the world that provide this caliber and synergy of care. That is our promise.
We do not accept insurance nor bill Medicare.
We believe medical decisions should be exclusively based on your needs as a patient, not insurance companies. As such, all MD² services are covered by a single monthly retainer fee.
